We are looking for an Engineer Support (Full Stack & Project Support) to help manage and maintain internal and client-facing applications, support technical project delivery, and build automation to improve operational efficiency.

Position Overview

Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Firebase in production environments.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP).
  • Willing to handle Weekend Operational Coverage.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or NoSQL for data validation and investigation.
  • Experience monitoring live production systems.
  • Familiar with ticketing systems and structured incident tracking workflows.

Responsibility

  • Monitor production infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Firebase to ensure system stability.
  • Respond to user inquiries within 1–5 minutes (First Response Time SLA).
  • Handle routine incidents and complaints independently during weekends.
  • Perform SQL/NoSQL queries to validate participant scores, exam status, and technical issues.
  • Identify whether issues originate from user behavior, application logic, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Escalate critical infrastructure incidents immediately to the Leader or Technical Group.
  • Prepare and submit Weekly OpEx Recap for management review.
  • Coordinate Friday handovers and conduct Monday debriefing to prevent information gaps.
  • Proactively update FAQs and SLA documentation when recurring issue patterns are identified.
