We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assessment Management to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of our assessment processes.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology or a related field.
Have experience in project management, with a focus on Assessment Centers is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in customer success activities is a plus.

Responsibility

Project Management:

Manage the entire Assessment Center process, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Oversee the flow of Assessment Centers and guarantee the timely delivery of products.
Coordinate with assessors involved in the project to maintain a smooth workflow.

Technical Support:

Ensure operational excellence in administering Talentlytica dashboard for clients
Act as the go-to person for handling issues raised by assessors or client admins
Provide standby support for technical troubleshooting
Aid in the implementation of collaborative activities with partners/customers.

Ensure Smooth Assessment Execution:

Guarantee the seamless execution of assessments, meeting quality standards.
Handle complaint resolutions according to established SLAs.
