Lead Project Assessment Center - Associate (Project-Based)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assessment Center Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing assessment center projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the context of assessment centers, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of assessment centers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• Manage project and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee assessment processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and objectivity.
• Coordinate with assessors to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Handle complaint resolutions according to established guidelines.
• The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere but will require onsite presence as needed.
