Talentlytica | Unravel Talent Within Data & Analytics

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend development. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications for Talentlytica’s assessment platform. The ideal candidate has strong experience in modern web technologies, cloud deployment, API development, and AI-assisted development tools to help deliver reliable and user-centric digital products.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in fullstack web development, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade features end-to-end.
Strong frontend proficiency with React.js and/or Next.js, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
Strong backend proficiency with Go for building robust, concurrent APIs and services; Rust experience or strong motivation to learn Rust is a plus.
Experience with PHP/Laravel or Node.js-based frameworks such as Express or NestJS is a plus but not required.
Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, working with SQL and NoSQL databases, and applying query optimization and indexing strategies for high-read workloads.
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar LLM tools for code generation, test scaffolding, debugging, and documentation.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, including core services for web application deployment, storage, and observability.
Familiarity with secure coding principles, authentication and authorization patterns such as JWT or OAuth2, and writing unit and integration tests.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams, contribute to technical discussions, and proactively flag risks or blockers.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications for Talentlytica’s assessment platform, applying engineering best practices to deliver reliable, secure, and user-centric experiences.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar LLM-based code assistants to accelerate development, generate tests, debug issues, and improve documentation while maintaining full ownership of code quality and security.
Build and maintain secure, high-throughput backend services and RESTful APIs using Go, and Rust when performance, concurrency, or memory safety are critical.
Develop responsive and accessible frontend interfaces using React.js and/or Next.js to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and administrators across devices.
Deploy, monitor, and operate applications on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure configuration, and performance tuning.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate requirements into well-architected features, participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Uphold engineering standards by writing testable and maintainable code, conducting peer reviews, documenting system behavior, and applying secure development practices such as input validation, access control, and OWASP awareness.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI tooling that can improve platform capabilities and team productivity.
