  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology; sixth-semester students are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and statistical data analysis tools (such as SPSS, R STUDIO, JASP, Winsteps, Jamovi).
  • Understanding basic psychometry, such as validity and reliability
  • Enthusiasm for assessment development and data analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an eagerness to learn


  • Support the Talent Scientist Team in creating assessment tools and reports for talent management and people analytics platforms
  • Assist in designing items, calculations, and report prototypes for updated and new assessment tools
  • Analyze test data using various psychometric approaches to support the technical manual
  • Engage in discussions about assessment development and validation with the talent scientist team
  • Manage people analytics projects as requested by clients
