Position Overview

Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in psychology, preferably with a specialization in psychometrics.
  • Excel with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and other statistical data analysis tools. ( R STUDIO, SPSS, LISREL, JASP )
  • Understand and capable in (1) classical and modern test theory analysis; (2) various type of statistics
  • Preferably experienced in large-scale test development
  • Familiar and enthusiastic about assessment development, data analytics, and generative AI.
  • Enthusiastic about programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill, and eager to learn

Responsibility

  • Support Product Manager in creating assessment tools and reports related to talent management and (features of) people analytics platform.
  • Handle client problems and requests through coordination with Product and Customer Success team
  • Act as a support / domain expert for the Business Development team in clients meeting/pitch to explain assessment and its utilization related to talent management
  • Design assessment items, calculations, and report prototypes for new and updated assessment tools.
  • Apply psychometric approaches (CTT, IRT) to analyze test data for technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Talent Science team to ensure quality control in assessment development and validation.
  • Generate insights by analyzing assessment and HR data from clients, contributing to accurate and meaningful discussions with the Lead Talent Science team.
