Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor degree in psychology, psychologist would be more preferred.
  • Excel with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and other statistical data analysis tools (SPSS, LISREL, R STUDIO, JASP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understand and capable in classical and modern test theory analysis
  • Experienced in large-scale test development and people analytics is more preferred
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill, and eager to learn
  • Familiar and enthusiastic with psychological assessment development
  • Available to join ASAP

Responsibility

Assessment Design

  • Develop new psychological tools related to talent management
  • Discuss the results with the test creator in order to revise the product
  • Support end-to-end prototype of new or development of assessment tools

Assessment-HR Analytics

  • Analyze tests and HR-related data with various analysis (psychometrics, inferential statistics)

Domain Expert - Support

  • Support Product Development Manager digitized new assessment tools / platform insight
  • Coordinate with IT team to digitized new assessment tools (including new items, norm implementation, and aspect calculation)
  • Support sales team for clients meeting to explain assessment related in psychological perspective
  • Handle clients’ issues and requests and coordinate with IT team to solve the issues
