We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team, providing crucial support to our sales and administrative functions.


  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage and prioritize various tasks, including documentation, lead tracking, and administrative duties.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and compliance requirements


  • Documentation Data and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, organize essential documents, and ensure completeness of data and legal paperwork for transactions.
  • Leads Tracking: Assist with updating the lead database, tracking sales leads, and collaborating with the hunter team for follow-ups.
  • Manage Meeting & Proposal Preparation: Coordinate sales meetings, prepare documents, and align proposals with client needs and company standards.
  • Communicate with Clients : Assist in drafting and sending client communications, addressing inquiries, and providing timely support.
  • Handle Operational of Sales: Optimize operations, handle client intake, collaborate on challenges, and monitor inventory for customer demands.
