We are looking for a Product Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. Moreover, understanding of practical and effective end-to-end product design workflows.

Requirement

Minimum 2 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
Portfolio showcasing real projects from the initial discovery phase to development.
Understanding of practical and effective end-to-end product design workflows.
Proficiency in using UI/UX tools, especially Figma.
Leadership experience and abilities are preferred.
Capable of working full-time with Work From Anywhere (WFA) arrangements.

Responsibility

Prototyping Idea Solution: Creating prototypes to validate concept solutions and validate the usability of the product
Delivering Design: Designing UI & UX that align with user needs and business objectives
Testing & Validation: Conducting user research and usability testing on prototypes for validation
Collaboration: Effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
Task Management: Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently
Team Management: Leading, organizing, and ensuring team members or junior designers meet the required standards of quality and capability
Well-Structured Documentation: Thoroughly documenting design work in a way that is clear and understandable to others
