A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. A master's degree might be preferred for more senior positions.
Previous experience in Human Resources that handled training and development, performance management system, and engagement programs is typically required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Being approachable, patient, and able to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.

Organizational Development - Performance Management System

Design, implement, and manage effective Performance Management Systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and establish performance metrics.
Continuously assess and enhance performance management processes to align with organizational goals.

Training and Development

Identify training needs by working closely with various departments, managers, and employees to understand skill gaps and performance issues.
Design and deliver training modules on various topics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback from participants, and performance metrics. Continuously improve programs based on this feedback.

Engagement

Demonstrate a track record of successfully executing engagement programs that contribute to a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Initiate and lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being especially in remote workplace
