We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Organizational Culture & Training Development. Candidate who has experience in HR that handling training & development, Performance Management System, and engagement programs is typically required

Requirement

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. A master's degree might be preferred for more senior positions.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources that handled training and development, performance management system, and engagement programs is typically required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Being approachable, patient, and able to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.

Responsibility

Organizational Development - Performance Management System

  • Design, implement, and manage effective Performance Management Systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and establish performance metrics.
  • Continuously assess and enhance performance management processes to align with organizational goals.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs by working closely with various departments, managers, and employees to understand skill gaps and performance issues.
  • Design and deliver training modules on various topics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback from participants, and performance metrics. Continuously improve programs based on this feedback.

Engagement

  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully executing engagement programs that contribute to a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Initiate and lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being especially in remote workplace
