We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Lead Project Support. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of project support associates, ensuring the seamless execution of assessments, meeting quality standards, and acting as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree from all majors, preferably from Psychology, Statistics or Management
  • Proven experience in project support or coordination roles, with a focus on assessment projects.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading or mentoring a team.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Should be equipped with the appropriate devices to support remote work effectively.
  • Available to join when needed.

Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of project support associates to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Guarantee the seamless execution of assessments, meeting quality standards.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and client inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on project processes and tools.
  • Handle complaint resolutions according to established SLAs.
  • Continuously assess and improve project support processes and workflows.
  • The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere but will require onsite presence as needed.
