Position Overview

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in software engineering, application support, or technical support roles
  • Proficiency in writing and debugging backend or scripting code
  • Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries
  • Knowledge of application lifecycle, deployment, and system maintenance
  • Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
  • Experience in log analysis, system troubleshooting, and technical documentation
  • Availability to provide on-call or weekend support when required

Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain, and improve internal and client-facing applications
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient code and database queries
  • Support technical delivery of projects, including implementation and configuration
  • Collaborate with core engineering teams to meet delivery scope and timelines
  • Provide standby engineering support, including weekends when required
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues and perform timely escalation when needed
  • Build and maintain technical automation to improve operational efficiency
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Act as backup support for applications and communication tools when the primary PIC is unavailable
