Position Overview

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn, with solid copywriting skills.
  • Good knowledge of PR, branding, SEO/SEM/AIO logic, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing plans and manage campaigns end-to-end.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data using Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Preferred: design/editing skills (Adobe, Canva) and based in Jabodetabek.

Responsibility

  • Campaign Management (Ads & Non-Ads): Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns to achieve performance goals.
  • Content & Channel Management: Develop content strategies, write compelling copy, and manage content distribution across digital channels.
  • Social Media & Community: Execute day-to-day social media posting, engagement, and community management to strengthen brand presence.
  • Website, SEO & Landing Page: Manage website updates, landing page optimization, and SEO initiatives to improve visibility and conversion performance.
  • Marketing Automation & Email Marketing: Build automation workflows, nurture sequences, and email campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure and report performance metrics across channels and provide insights to inform strategy.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
