We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn, with solid copywriting skills.
Good knowledge of PR, branding, SEO/SEM/AIO logic, and digital marketing fundamentals.
Ability to develop and execute marketing plans and manage campaigns end-to-end.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data using Google Analytics and social media insights.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
Preferred: design/editing skills (Adobe, Canva) and based in Jabodetabek.

Responsibility

Campaign Management (Ads & Non-Ads): Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns to achieve performance goals.
Content & Channel Management: Develop content strategies, write compelling copy, and manage content distribution across digital channels.
Social Media & Community: Execute day-to-day social media posting, engagement, and community management to strengthen brand presence.
Website, SEO & Landing Page: Manage website updates, landing page optimization, and SEO initiatives to improve visibility and conversion performance.
Marketing Automation & Email Marketing: Build automation workflows, nurture sequences, and email campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure and report performance metrics across channels and provide insights to inform strategy.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
