We are looking to employee a driven and detail-oriented business development officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales. The business development officer's responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals. You should also ensure that the company is able to achieve revenue targets.


  • Domicile : Jakarta
  • Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years in Sales, business development or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and effectively promote new features/products
  • Adaptability and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Proficient in using communication tools and technology


  • Hunting Core Clients: Proactively identify and pursue new core clients to expand the company’s client base.
  • Validate Leads from Webflow for Core Clients: Validate and qualify leads generated from Webflow to ensure they align with the target core client profile.
  • Follow Up  Core Leads: Implement effective follow-up strategies to convert core leads into opportunities.
  • Create Product Bundling: Develop compelling product bundling strategies to enhance sales and meet client needs.
  • Prototyping Dashboard Retail: Collaborate with the team to prototype and optimize the dashboard retail system for better user experience and efficiency.
  • Invoicing: Manage the invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely billing for core clients.
