We are seeking a friendly, highly-skilled client services representative to make our clients feel valued and supported. In this role, your duties include fostering positive client relations, managing inquiries, and promptly directing customer complaints to relevant departments. Your duties will also include obtaining post-sales client feedback.

Requirement

- Minimum bachelor degree in psychology would be more preferred.

- Fresh graduates are welcome.

- Microsoft Office Skill & Google Workspace

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Great interpersonal and communication skill, and eager to learn.

- Familiar and enthusiastic with psychological assessment development.

- Available to join ASAP

Responsibility

- Mendukung kegiatan aktivitas Customer Success Lead, yaitu:

  • Dukungan pelayanan administrasi asesmen → troubleshoot
  • Dukungan pelaksanaan asesmen bagi asesor dan asesi → troubleshoot standby support
  • Pelaporan penggunaan layanan asesmen oleh customer
  • Mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan kerjasama dengan mitra/customer

- Memastikan pelaksanaan asesmen lancar

- Complaint handling sesuai standard SLA

- Mendukung CS Lead dalam melakukan Customer Success Meeting
