We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's learning and development programs.

Requirement

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. A master's degree might be preferred for more senior positions.
  • Previous experience in training, instructional design, or related roles is typically required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, including needs analysis, curriculum development, and training evaluation.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, authoring tools, learning management systems, and other technology used in training delivery.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and to keep up with changes in the organization and industry.
  • Capability to identify training gaps and performance issues and develop solutions to address them.
  • Being approachable, patient, and able to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

Responsibility

  • Identify training needs by working closely with various departments, managers, and employees to understand skill gaps and performance issues.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources, to effectively convey the content of the training programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions through various methods, such as workshops, seminars, online courses, and one-on-one coaching, ensuring that the content is delivered in an engaging and understandable manner.
  • Create and update training content based on changing business needs, technological advancements, and industry trends.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback from participants, and performance metrics. Continuously improve programs based on this feedback.
  • Incorporate e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other technology tools to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, HR professionals, and managers to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assist employees in creating individual development plans and guide them in selecting appropriate training opportunities for their career growth.
