Business Development Manager
- Identify and build relationships to improve customer and service needs.
- Manage Sales, Marketing improvement programs, and ensure the programs run efficiently.
- Conduct coachings and periodic evaluations of the subordinates based on team's performances and results.
- Manage information systems for planning, performance evaluation and reporting systems.
- Conduct business and permit negotiations.
- Conduct business feasibility analysis.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business / Administrative / Management or Marketing / Pscychology.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, good analytic and problem solving skill, both in work and team presentations.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling local and overseas clients is required.
- Experience in sales or business development in an outsourcing, Human Resource Management or IT (B2B) environment is required.
- Able to work under pressure and pursue targets.
- Preferably have 5 years of experience in sales / business development.
