Responsibility

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Progress Oversight: Oversee and examine the progress and development of new strategies.
  • Customer Success Enhancement: Understanding, analyzing and recommending solutions to client’s human resource issues
  • Deal Management: Increase business with repeat, up & cross selling
  • Contract Implementation: Oversee the implementation of various contracts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
